What is unique about this workshop: The practical approach of executing six sigma projects in software development and maintenance  as well as in support areas will be shared with the participants .  IBM’s  experience and learning on Six Sigma implementation and common myths on Six Sigma in Software will be discussed in detail.

 

Eligibility: While previous exposure on Six Sigma is not required to attend this training – professional who have attended Six Sigma course earlier will also find it useful. Some exposure to software projects are desirable but not mandatory.

 

Course Material: A copy of selected slides will be given  to the participants on the day of the workshop.
