The delegation was led by Honorable Minister of Commerce from Colombia, Luis Guillermo Plata, accompanies by the President of National Association of Industrialist and Director of IT/BPO Chamber. -

The State Department hosted the US India ICT working group meeting in the first week of November in Washington DC. This is a bilateral meeting between the two Governments that acts as an input for policy making. -
