An Emerging Companies Forum Initiative
Background
The focus of the Mentorship Programme is to help the company leadership develop a keen sense of what needs to be done to take the venture to the next level. To derive full benefit from this you should be open to having your current assumptions challenged and should be willing to gain new perspectives.
In this six month engagement, you will develop a better assessment of your organizational strengths and weaknesses and will get a chance to reframe your problems in a way that makes them easier to address. The objective is to get you started on a process of orbit change. Since this change process will take longer than the duration of the mentoring engagement, the mentors will also coach you to setup a well-rounded advisory council for your ongoing guidance. All in all, this Mentorship Programme makes available "years" of learning/experiences into a six month period.
