Remembering Prof C. K. Prahalad

Prof C. K. Prahalad will indeed be missed by his many admirers globally, all of whom have been touched by his phenomenal thoughts, vision and foresight. On behalf and NASSCOM and the IT-BPO industry, NASSCOM would like to express its condolences to the family.
Prof Prahalad has had a very long association with NASSCOM and first spoke at the NASSCOM annual event in 1996, when Mr. Narayana Murthy invited him to do a day long workshop for the industry CEOs. In 2009, he again spoke at the Leadership Forum and we had recognized him with the Global Indian Award.
His work on India@75; Fortune at the bottom of the Pyramid; Innovation, Entrepreneurship have left a deep impact and the country will truly miss its finest management thinker and guru.
May his soul rest in peace and give strength to his family to bear the loss.
