Agile Methodology

As part of the Tech Series , we introduce the 4th topic on “Agile - Software Development Methodology”.  There are many specific agile development methods. Most promote development, teamwork, collaboration, monitoring and process adaptability throughout the life-cycle of the project. Agile methods break tasks into small increments with minimal planning and do not directly involve long-term planning. Team composition in an agile project is usually cross-functional and self–organizing, without consideration for any existing corporate hierarchy or the corporate roles of team members.

In today’s highly changing technology and teams, how relevant is Agile methodology to an organisation? If you have an interesting case study or a topic in mind then this is the time for you to submit your speaker nomination .

We look forward to your active participation in this 4th edition of the Tech Series.
