- Manage Programs and activities of the IMS and Engineering forum.
- Build deeper and high level of interactions with all the forum members and ensure expectation management between the forum members and NASSCOM.
- Relationship Management with the top 25% percentile of the membership.
- Working with internal teams of NASSCOM and build the engagement level with the forum members.
- Periodic reviews of progress achieved and deliverables submitted by the forum leads to assess progress and make course corrections, if required.

NASSCOM Knowledge Network (NKN) is a network of 174 community telecentres across 10 states of India, in partnership with 75 NGOs, providing marginalized communities access to information and services relating to education, health and livelihoods.
- Implementing the annual work-plan for NKN
- Make regular planned visits to the field to verify and understand the programme on the field
- Using a consultative approach, design and develop monitoring tools for the programmes in line with the project goals
- Oversee the delivery and effectiveness of content, training and knowledge in the network
- Monthly reporting of case studies and best practices in the network
- Develop a capacity building case for the NKN
- Be an active part of and drive the work of steering groups in the NKN
