Job Details/ Criteria

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility: 
  • Ability to manage state/university projects with great attention to detail
  • State /university project management, including planning and execution
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and be prepared with solutions to augment the problem
  • Ability to plan and execute with acute attention to detail
  • Ensure schedule & process adherence by facilitating appropriate/timely implementation of the programs
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders like industry, Govt., academia and vendors offering educational services
  • Creating awareness through presentations at various platforms
  • Periodic reporting and documentation
  • Relationship management with various stakeholders
  • Good project coordination skills
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience: 
  • UG, Masters/MBA preferred
  • Experience: 5-6 years in a similar capacity
  • Experience in coordinating large scale projects w.r.t. skill development
  • Effective communication – oral / written skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good presentation ability
  • Good analytical ability
  • Ability to forecast
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
