Yes, it's that time of the year when Performance reviews are conducted using diverse and unique methodologies within organizations. And as organizations grow in a diverse and challenging global environment, various performance management methods are used to keep the talent within their organization satisfied and motivated. NASSCOM uses this opportunity to bring together different perspectives from global organizations and their HR heads following different performance methods to share more information on performance methods, what have been the results/experiences of these methods, and how have they impacted organizations and their talent.
