As the year begins, we are happy to announce the final series of the Dev Ops 3 part series on 30th Jan, 2018. We have conducted 2 sessions as part of Business Agility & DevOps Learning/Best Practices last year. Therein the focus was on understanding how Global Capability Centers(GCCs), earlier known as Global In-house Centers (GICs), have been adopting these practices and how this has brought business differentiation at an overall organization level. This is the concluding part of the 3 part series wherein we focus on some of the key elements of this transformation:

• What is the paradigm shift as regards their Culture of the organization through this journey
• What Change management activities helped the organizations to make the shift successfully
• What are the new roles and responsibilities evolving out of this transformation and how are what are strategies around them

In addition to the fundamentals that was shared before, we think the content of this session will give a holistic picture and enable the Global Capability Centers (GCCs), earlier known as GICs, to make informed choices to embark on this journey. This platform will facilitate GCCs to share experiences they have, share best practices and learn from their counterparts thereby enabling the GCC community to make this leap into the future as a whole.
