Mr. Chandrashekhar was the Chairman, Telecom Commission and Secretary, Department of Telecommunication till March 2013. During his career in Government, he held a wide variety of key assignments many of them relating to the ICT sector, both in the Government of India and the State Government of Andhra Pradesh. He has extensive experience of formulating and implementing policies, strategies and action plans to foster the growth of the IT industry covering the entire enabling eco-system including infrastructure, Human Resource Development, e-governance and establishing Public Private Partnerships. He has a deep understanding of the issues and problems related to ICT project implementation in Government. As Secretary, DOT, he was responsible for all aspects of policy formulation for the telecom sector and driving several key policies and strategies covering licensing, spectrum management, National Broadband Plan, Convergence, Manufacturing, Investment, security, R&D and the National Telecom Policy 2012. As Secretary of the Department of Information Technology, he steered the formulation of national policies for the IT sector, promoting Electronic System Design and Manufacturing and R&D in the Electronics and IT sector and designing the National e-Governance Plan.
Earlier, he established the first Department of Information Technology in the country in the state of Andhra Pradesh and was Secretary of the Department from June, 1997 to December, 1999. The policies and strategies he formulated catapulted the state to the forefront of the country in the sector and became a role model for several states and countries. Mr. Chandrashekhar received a M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a M.S. degree in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University, USA. He was conferred the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration for the year 2007-08. He has been conferred several awards including Data Quest Path Breaker of the Year Award in 2005 and Distinguished Alumnus award of IIT-Mumbai in 2010.
Rekha M Menon is the Chairman and Managing Director of Accenture in India, responsible for building Accenture's business and further strengthening the company's presence in communities across India. She is also responsible for Accenture’s institutional relationships with public authorities and industry associations. She continues to be engaged in Accenture's Inclusion and Diversity and Corporate Citizenship initiatives.
Ms. Menon joined Accenture in 2004 and in her previous roles led Human Resources for Accenture’s Growth Markets and Geographic Operations for India, ASEAN and APAC Delivery Centers for Accenture.
Before joining Accenture, she has been part of executive management teams at Talisma Corporation, Levis Strauss, Akzo Nobel and Cargill Inc. Ms. Menon has over 24 years of industry experience. A gold medalist from the XLRI School of Business, she now serves on their board of governors. Aruna Jayanthi is a Member of Capgemini Group Executive Committee, Head, Business Services – Capgemini and Chairperson of Sweden Country Board, Capgemini Sweden. At Capgemini India, one of the biggest business units of Capgemini group, Aruna is responsible for all business units – Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services in India with a focus to increase the integration and performance of over 56,000 growing employee base. Prior to assuming the role of a CEO in January 2011, Aruna was the Global Delivery Officer for Capgemini Outsourcing, where she improved quality, productivity and profitability of Capgemini’s outsourcing operations worldwide.
Aruna joined Capgemini in early 2000 and was part of the core team that initiated and setup Capgemini’s offshore capabilities. In 2002, she focused exclusively on Outsourcing and started operations in India, with Applications Management and later on expanding to Remote Infrastructure Management in 2003.
Dinesh Malkani is President, Sales, Cisco India and SAARC. In this role, Dinesh leads sales and operations in the theatre. In his earlier role, Dinesh was responsible for Cisco's Enterprise, Public Sector and Service Provider business across India & SAARC. He joined Cisco in 2010 and led the company's collaboration technologies team, in the APJC region, where it became a market leader. With more than 22 years of experience in the IT and communications industry in APJC, Dinesh has held leadership positions in R&D, systems engineering and sales. He served as Country Manager in China and Korea in his earlier roles. Outside of Cisco, Dinesh is a member of the Executive Council of NASSCOM. Dinesh also serves on the board of the Parikrma Foundation, an NGO that provides quality education to marginalized children.
Debashis Chatterjee (or DC as he is known) joined Cognizant in 1996, and is currently President, Technology Solutions. In this role, DC is responsible for all horizontal practices within IT services, or in other words, well over $5 billion in company revenue with over 100,000 employees rolling up to his organization. DC reports into the CEO of IT Services. Prior to this role, DC was the principal architect of Cognizant’s largest industry practice, Banking and Financial Services (BFS). Under DC’s leadership, the BFS practice became one of the most significant success stories in the offshore IT industry with many customer engagements scaling up to hundreds of millions in annual revenue. Rajesh Nambiar is the General Manager and Managing Partner, IBM Services Integration, based both in Singapore and Bangalore. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Partner for Global Business Services in IBM ASEAN, based in Singapore where he led the consulting and application services business across six countries.

Sanjeev Bikhchandani, an Indian national, is our Founder and Executive Vice-Chairman. Mr. Bikhchandani obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Stephen College, Delhi University in 1984 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management ("PGDM") from IIM, Ahmedabad in 1989. His work experience includes an advertising position at Lintas India Limited, a marketing position at HMM Limited (now known as Glaxo SmithKline), and a senior management position at CMYK Printech Private Limited (owner of The Pioneer newspaper). Sanjeev, along with his partner Hitesh Oberoi, won the “Ernst and Young – Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 2008 for Business Transformation. Bhaskar Pramanik is Chairman, Microsoft India. He is responsible for all marketing, operations and business development efforts of Microsoft in India. He is focused on defining Microsoft’s productivity & platforms strategy for India, and he also provides leadership for all Microsoft assets in India including R&D facilities and leads Microsoft's interactions with policy makers.
With over 35 years of IT industry experience, Bhaskar was earlier the MD of Oracle India, and led Sun Microsystems for 13 years as the MD, where he also served as the Global VP – Commercial Systems at the U.S. HQ. He has held several senior management positions in Digital Equipment India, Blue Star and NELCO.

Mr. Arvind Thakur is the CEO and Joint Managing Director of NIIT Technologies Ltd. He has led the business to the category of top providers in the industry. In 2012 he was conferred the prestigious Gold Stevie award as Executive of the Year in the “Computer Services” category.He serves on the boards of the company’s overseas subsidiaries and domestic joint venture with ESRI Inc and also on the Board of Management of NIIT University, a not for profit institution.
Mr. Thakur is a NASSCOM Executive Council member 2013-15 and serves on the IT Services Council and Audit Committee. He directed NASSCOM’s report on Assessment of India’s readiness around Digital Technologies and was instrumental in NASSCOM’s “Innovating @ Scale” report with BCG. He graduated in engineering from IIT- Kharagpur. Thereafter he pursued post-graduation in Industrial Engineering. He started his career with BHEL, before joining NIIT in 1985.
Ravi Viswanathan is currently the President of TCS Growth Markets Business which includes India, Middle

Rishad Premji is the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs of Wipro Limited. Since joining Wipro in 2007, he has been instrumental in shaping Wipro's strategy and aligning it with future business landscape. He championed Wipro’s entry into the Origination and Loan Servicing space as an end to end provider of Mortgage solutions.
