Mr. Rajendra S Pawar is a member on the Prime Minister’s National Council on Skill Development; has served on the Prime Minister’s National Task Force (1998) commissioned to develop India into an IT Superpower; is an Advisor to the Hunan Province of China; has been an Advisor to President Mbeki of South Africa.
As President of MAIT (1990-92), he integrated MAIT activities into those of other leading industry associations. MAIT played an active role in shaping the IT policies of the Government during this formative phase.
Mr. Pawar serves on the Governing Boards of IIT Delhi, IIM Bangalore, ISB Hyderabad, The Scindia School and the University Court of Delhi University.
A Fellow of CSI and IETE, he was honoured as “IT Man of the Year” by Dataquest (1998), “Master Entrepreneur of the year” by Ernst & Young (1999), Distinguished Alumnus of IIT Delhi (1995) and Madhav Awardee of The Scindia School (1999).
He is being honoured with the Padma Bhushan in 2011.

Natarajan Chandrasekaran (“Chandra”) is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of the company since October 2009.
Responsible for formulating and executing the company's global strategy, Chandra has been at helm of several key strategic transitions at TCS since 2002 when he took over the role as head of global sales. In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer, he was the architect of the new organization structure unveiled in 2008 which created multiple agile business units focused on domains and markets as well as built strategic business units in order to pursue new initiatives with the ability to invest, develop and mature new ideas.
Under his leadership, TCS has pioneered the creation of its unique Global Network Delivery Model (GNDM™) across five continents and ventured into new markets including Europe, China and Latin America. It added new business lines like BPO, Infrastructure and Assurance services.
Chandra was voted as the best CEO of India, (2010) by Finance Asia magazine’s annual poll of investors and analysts. Chandra represents TCS on several global and local forums.

Dr. Menon is a global technology leader with over 25 years of software, hardware, internet, IT and telecommunications experience. Having completed his undergraduate studies in India, he spent 16 years in mature markets of the US and moved back to India nearly a decade back for innovating technology business models for large scale emerging markets in Asia and Africa.
Dr. Menon is currently the Director – Global Innovation & IT of Bharti Airtel across Asia and Africa. In addition, he is the Group CIO of Bharti Enterprises for all businesses including telecom, retail, financial services, tower-co, manufacturing/distribution, fresh/processed food products, software and training. He joined Bharti in August 2002 as Corporate Director (CIO), launched Airtel’s Enterprise Business as its Joint President in 2004, has led IT and Customer Service as its Director for Airtel India & South Asia and served as Group Director for Bharti Enterprises.
Before joining Bharti, he was Corporate Officer and Executive Vice President at AT&T (formerly BellSouth), USA where he managed a portfolio of growth businesses and strategic alliances. At AT&T, he also played the role of Chief Technology Officer (eCTO) for IT across all lines of businesses. Dr. Menon started his career at IBM’s T.J. Watson Research Labs, USA and rose to become an IBM executive where he assumed the office of Executive Director in IBM’s Software Group leading worldwide research-to-market business for rich media.
He has received several global and national recognitions, including Global CIO 50 (USA, 2009), Forbes Outsourcing Excellence Award (USA, 2007), GSMA Global Mobile Award (Barcelona, 2008), TechForum Global IT Award (USA, 2008), Telecom Asia Award (Hong Kong, 2009), IDC Asia-Pacific Enterprise Innovation Award (Singapore, 2009), Most Influential Technology Leader (India, 2009), NASSCOM-CNBC IT Award (India, 2008), CIO Hall of Fame Award (India, 2009), CIO 100 (several years - India, Singapore), NASSCOM National IT Innovation Award (from the Prime Minister of India, 2007), MIS Asia IT Awards (Singapore, 2006, 2005), best new software products at PC Expo (New York, 2000) and National Design Engineering Award (Chicago, 1995) and ASME Distinguished Engineering Awards (USA, 1996-98). He has been conferred the IIT-Delhi Distinguished Alumnus Award (India) in 2010.
He has authored over sixty international research publications, filed over thirty US patents, served on the editorial board of several international journals and has chaired several international conferences. He serves on the boards of several technology companies as well as global advisory boards of several technology companies/bodies including the TM Forum, Center for CIO Leadership (New York), GSMA Executive Management Committee, IBM Corporation, Oracle Corporation and Teradata. He is a member of IEEE, ASME, ACM, Phi Kappa Phi as well as committees in India’s leading industry bodies, including NASSCOM and CII.
Dr. Menon received his PhD (1992) and MS (1989) from Cornell University (USA), BTech (1986, first rank with IIT Medal) from IIT, Delhi (India). He has completed various executive management programs, including Harvard, Wharton (U Penn) and Sloan (MIT) School of Business.

Mr. Vashistha has more than two decades of operational and execution leadership in global outsourcing along with knowledge, relationships and experience with Indian and multi-national companies and the Indian marketplace.
Before joining Accenture in January 2011, Mr. Vashistha was chairman and CEO of Tholons, a global strategic advisory firm for outsourcing, research, investment and education serving Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients. Earlier in his career, he founded neoIT, an offshore advisory firm, and prior to that, led Nortel’s pioneering outsourcing efforts in India, UK and US. He is a known thought leader in the industry and co-authored the book, “The Offshore Nation”.
Avinash holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, a master’s in Computer Science from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Arizona.

Arun Seth has been with BT in India for over 16 years. He helped establish BT as leading International Telecoms Player in India and has driven the IT/ BPO Global Sourcing programs for the BT Group in India last 7 years. Part of the AsiaPac Regional Executive team he is the Green Champion for BT Asia and drives CSR for BT.
Has been on the Executive Committee of NASSCOM for the last 8 years and was the Founder Chair of the NASSCOM BPO forum and focuses on GreenIT now.

Ms. Kudva was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CRISIL in 2007. CRISIL has evolved under her leadership into a diversified analytical platform with a global client base and delivery footprint, while remaining the undisputed thought leader in all its segments. Over the three years that she has been CEO, CRISIL’s profits have doubled, its customer base has grown from 1,000 to 20,000, and its reach has expanded from 9 Indian cities to 150, while its international operations now cover more than 30 countries across the globe. During her tenure, CRISIL has pioneered the rating of mid-sized and small Indian companies, and the publication of independent equity research in India, and has ramped up rapidly in these segments.

Rajan Anandan is Vice President for India Sales and Operations for Google. In this role, he leads Google India, bringing with him an impressive pedigree of hi-tech and leadership expertise, as well as degrees from Stanford and MIT. His 18-year career includes key roles at Microsoft, Dell and McKinsey & Company.
Most recently Rajan was MD of Microsoft India, responsible for all aspects of Microsoft’s software, OEM and services business in India. Under his leadership, Microsoft India was recognized as the Number 1 subsidiary among the emerging markets worldwide (China, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, South Africa and India). Prior to joining Microsoft, Rajan was the Vice President and Country General Manager of Dell in India where he grew the Dell business from

Assistant to Chairman Michael Dell. Before that, he was a Partner with McKinsey & Company in Chicago. He holds an MSc from Stanford and a BSc from MIT.

Mr. Malhotra serves as Chairman of Headstrong’s Board of Directors. Prior to Headstrong he was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of TechSpan, which merged with Headstrong in October 2003.
A pioneer of the Indian IT industry, Mr. Malhotra founded TechSpan in 1998 with funding from Goldman Sachs and Walden International. The merger of TechSpan with Headstrong has built an end-to-end services organization. Mr. Malhotra led the seamless integration across businesses and cultures, resulting in Headstrong’s recognition as one of the fastest-growing IT-based Financial Services companies.
Mr. Malhotra has a long string of entrepreneurial successes. He co-founded the HCL group in 1975, taking it from a six-person “garage operation” to one of India’s largest Information Technology corporations.
Mr. Malhotra studied at The Doon School, Dehradun, and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. He graduated from IIT with B.Tech. He is at present, responsible for the Customer Delivery for the Asia Pacific, Greater China regions, PLES Group and for projects under Resource Energy and Utility sector. Prior to joining Infosys in 1992, he was a Project Manager - Technical Support for a French subsidiary in India since 1990.

Krishnakumar Natarajan (KK) is the CEO and Managing Director of MindTree. In this capacity, he has the overall responsibility of both the IT Services and the R&D services businesses of the organization.
In the early years of MindTree, KK moved to the U.S. to launch its operations in the region and was instrumental in acquiring some of the early customers for the organization. He then drove MindTree’s expansion into Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Australia.
Prior to co-founding MindTree, KK was Chief Executive of the Electronic Commerce & Financial Solutions Division at Wipro, and held several other key positions in the same organization from 1982 until 1999. During the growth phase of Wipro’s software business, KK started and grew the e-commerce division of Wipro, developing a team of 300 people and generating $30 million in revenues annually. Earlier, while serving as Group Vice President of human resources, KK increased the number of employees in Wipro’s software services business from 800 to over 4,000 people.

Anand Deshpande is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Persistent Systems, a Company that he founded in 1990. Anand has a B. Tech (1984) in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, a Masters (1986) and a Ph.D. (1989) in Computer Science from Indiana University, Bloomington (USA).

In a career spanning over 28 years, he has held several leading positions with HCL Hewlett Packard Limited, Perot Systems (India) Limited and HCL Corporation Ltd. Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, CP was the Chief Operating Officer and a co-founder of Perot Systems (India) Limited, initially set up as HCL Perot Systems. At HCL Perot Systems, CP orchestrated the HCL Corporation and Perot Systems joint venture from its inception to making it one of India’s top IT services companies.
CP received a chemical engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He serves on the boards of CanvasM, Tech Mahindra (Thailand) Limited, Tech Mahindra (Beijing) IT Services Limited, Mahindra Logisoft and Tennenbaum Institute in Georgia Institute of Technology among others.
CP takes keen interest in community work and was nominated by Ernst & Young for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2007

Natarajan Chandrasekaran (“Chandra”) is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of the company since October 2009.
Responsible for formulating and executing the company's global strategy, Chandra has been at helm of several key strategic transitions at TCS since 2002 when he took over the role as head of global sales. In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer, he was the architect of the new organization structure unveiled in 2008 which created multiple agile business units focused on domains and markets as well as built strategic business units in order to pursue new initiatives with the ability to invest, develop and mature new ideas.
Under his leadership, TCS has pioneered the creation of its unique Global Network Delivery Model (GNDM™) across five continents and ventured into new markets including Europe, China and Latin America. It added new business lines like BPO, Infrastructure and Assurance services.
Chandra was voted as the best CEO of India, (2010) by Finance Asia magazine’s annual poll of investors and analysts. Chandra represents TCS on several global and local forums.

Mathews is a thought leader in the global aviation industry and is a sought-after speaker at various international events. He holds several important posts in Government agencies, academic institutions and trade bodies in India. He is currently the Vice Chairman of CII, Kerala State Council and the Chairman of GTECH, the Association of IT companies in Kerala.
Mathews is a recipient of a number of awards from the Government, media and trade associations including management leadership award, IT man of the year award, millennium leadership award and enterprise excellence award.
Beyond business, Mathews has a keen interest in social development and education, and has set up CANDLE, (acronym for Care and Love) an initiative that helps provide education and healthcare to under-privileged children. His other interests include reading, especially books on business leadership and management, travelling and music.
Mr. Mathews holds a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and has completed management studies from the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
