David Nallathambi holds a PG diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from one of India’s premier management institutes, XLRI Jamshedpur. In a professional career spanning over 24 years, he has been associated with a diverse set of industries. Starting his career in manufacturing, he moved on to FMCG and consulting before migrating to the field of Technology. He has been in the technology arena for the last 14 years, 6 years in telecom and the last 8 years in Information Technology.
He is currently with Scope International, the Global shared services centre for Standard Chartered Bank as Senior Vice President and Head of HR for the technology division. He has pioneered the HR transformation model in Scope International which brings focus on improving the assessment of what HR does and how it adds value to business.
He has a long and fruitful association as a President with the National HRD Network, India’s largest body for HR professionals. He is also associated with the Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) as a part time faculty and also value adds immensely as a speaker in several HR forums.
Rajesh represents Cognizant Technologies, heading the HR Governance, Risk and compliance after having driven progressive roles covering end to end HR life cycle.
He comes with 20 yrs post H R qualification - his initial 6 years with leading manufacturing conglomerate prior to building HR delivery models for technology and knowledge industry last 14 years.
He has managed large scale delivery of HR Service processes & managed transition of 38 country end to end HR life cycle into India, this journey continues.

He spends two weekends a month to drive student engagement and development programmes, pan India, has covered 242 development programmes covering tier 2 and 3 colleges.
Naganagouda, an HR professional with 18 years of extensive experience in the entire spectrum of Human Resource Management in Manufacturing, Hospitality & IT industry. In his last assignment with Mindtree, he had played various strategic roles over 13 years, Leading OD, Head HR- Europe, M&A & Staff Operations. He was the content author & facilitator for leadership development programs at Mind Tree.
Currently, he is the Vice President & Head of HR at Synapse Design India responsible for building, nurturing & developing stronger teams of experts to deliver significant value to customers. In addition to his current responsibilities. Naganagouda has special interest in imparting LIFE Skills to youngsters. He works with some of the leading educational institutions in India with a vision to bridge the industry-academia gap, in order to foster better interactions between the two. Naganagouda is a Governing Council Member of SDMCET, Dharwad & SDMIT, Ujire. During his leisure time he coaches different people & acts as a counselor, mentor for young professionals.

Pavan Desiraju is an HR Professional with seventeen years of experience with multinational corporations cutting across various HR sub functions. He has spent over 4 years managing international operations also. He has an exposure to diverse cultures, designing, leading and implementing best in class HR practices, M&A, staffing, organizational development and change management.
He is currently the HR Director for DELL (TMR) for Tamil Nadu region which has diverse business, ranging from Manufacturing, R&D and Services (BPO, Technology, Infrastructure Services) with 6000+ employees across Chennai & Coimbatore.
Prior to joining Dell, he has worked with Satyam Computer Services & LogicaCMG in India as well as their International Operations.
He has an MBA (Symbiosis) & Master in Labour law (Pune University).
Sujith Kumar has 14+ years experience in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience in Design and Implementation of Employee Engagement Initiatives, Change Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations& Labor Law, Internal Communications, Branding, CSR and Training & Development. He holds a Post graduate degree in Social Work with a specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Loyola College, Chennai.
Sujith has been with Infosys Ltd for the last 12+ years and has performed several roles in this period. Currently he handles the Chennai Development Center as its Location Head – Human Resources and also as the Business Manager – HR for the RCL (Retail, CPG, Logistics & Life Sciences) vertical which manages clients worldwide.
Sujith is also a recipient of the Infosys Award for Excellence thrice in a row and has won several awards for his innovation in people management and employee engagement.

Dr. Anbu Rathinavel, Dean of Nalanda Corporate University at Polaris Financial Technology, carries 21 years of rich experience in learning and development; serving as the Global Head for Learning and Development at Polaris for the past 11 years. A Doctrate in Artifical Intelligence from the Ohio University, US, Dr.Anbu has worked on a number of critical projects in Artificial Intelligence, for the US Navy.
