Hall: Tactic Hotel Aloft Singanallur Coimbatore,India
Under the aegis of NASSCOM Product Forum we are delighted to invite you to our 63rd session of NASSCOM Product Forum, scheduled to be held in Coimbatore.
Even though software companies provide technology solutions to their customers, they often do not leverage technology and software well enough for their own internal use. Operational productivity improvements can make a significant difference at the company level, division level, team level as well as individual level using appropriate technology and software. Typical areas of improvement can take place in areas like
Project tracking and scheduling mechanisms
Personal work productivity measurement approaches
Admin and HR interaction time saving through self-service software
Profit center/ team based performance tracking
Personalized performance management
While larger companies have been able to invest heavily to make this happen, smaller companies need to achieve the same results with far lower investments to stay competitive, given the intense global competition out there. George will leverage his considerable experience in working with world class companies, as well as in managing his own company to make this session give results to those looking for improving productivity in their businesses.
We look forward to your valuable participation.
