The paper “IT-BPO Sector – Enabling Governments Worldwide” is a collection of case studies of work done by NASSCOM members. Some are examples of enterprise wide applications whereas others are smaller and cater to a defined need but each of them have brought about greater efficiency and transparency in the workings of government while adhering to data security norms.
