Overview

Diversity has been brought into the lexicon of organisations as the right thing to do. However when it comes to implementation organisations face a challenge in bridging the gap between the stated position and operational needs.
This session will explain how Diversity Agenda can be linked to the Business objectives in a manner that organisational stake holders join the journey.
 
Operationalizing and progressing on an organizations Diversity Agenda requires close monitoring of the metrics that will result in the required outcomes. PwC will share the scorecard and metrics across the talent management process for sustaining diversity.
 
The session will
·         Explain what are the dimensions to be included while defining the inclusivity agenda.
·         Explain in practical terms how the agenda can be linked to business goals and metrics using a stake holder mapping principle.
·         From the stakeholder mapping model the session will further explain how organisations can go beyond the "head count" as a metric and link measurements to the business goals.
·         Lastly  highlight the trips and Tricks in inclusivity implementations across various companies.
 
This session will have a practical insight where Ravi Raman will share his knowledge gained in the inclusivity space in his work with many global and local players along with the PWC team.

He Currently Heads the Investment Analytics and Operations Function at InfraHedge Ltd (UK) – A subsidiary Company of State Street Corporation. State Street Corporation is the world largest custodial Bank and InfraHedge is a Managed Accounts Platform for global Institutional investors.
 
Prior to this he was working for Butterfield Fulcrum Group as their Chief Risk Officer. Reporting into the Group Audit Committee of the Board, as the CRO, Ravi set up the compliance organization and manages the Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management functions of the group.
 
In his earlier innings, Ravi was the COO of Oracle( OFSS) BPO overseeing the BPO operations in the Banking, Insurance, investment banking and mortgages sectors serving some of the largest financial institutions in the world through the delivery centres in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and a delivery centre in the USA.  
 
Ravi is also an active member of the Inclusivity and Diversity Core Team of NASSCOM and is a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management London, Associate of CII, London, Fellow of the Indian Institute of Insurance and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
 
Poornima Muniswamy

Poornima  is part of PwC India’s People & Change Consulting practice. She  has  worked with organizations in India and abroad in relationship management,  business change management and IT governance.  Her industry experience is across financial  services, IT services and manufacturing. She leads the knowledge partnership with NASSCOM on the annual Diversity and Inclusion awards process.
