Hall: Rani Velunachiar Fortune Pandiyan Hotel Madurai,India
We are pleased to invite you to our 56th session of NASSCOM Emerge – Product Forum (Fridays’ 2.0) at Madurai.
As young emerging and high growth start-ups look at securing top talent and scaling their business, it is absolutely critical to look at new- age technologies to fuel your growth story to the next level. Technology trends such as big data, mobile technology, cloud computing and social media are transforming the ways in which organizations and individuals engage with one another, be it in sales, marketing, infrastructure or operations. Younger consumers are more connected, demanding and vocal as never before. The large and growing proportion of ‘digital babies’ are technology savvy and demand personalized services and interactions through a range of information channels.
Therefore, the questions that businesses should be asking themselves are: How can I make it easier for my consumers to interact with my business? How can I use these technologies to effectively engage with my millennial workforce? How can I create a quick, personalized experience for my customers so they come back for more?
Attend this session to listen to a practitioner model on using millennial technologies for both internal and external customers to develop and nurture a strong value proposition.
We look forward to your valuable participation.
