Anshu Mor leads the Interactive Entertainment Business Category for Microsoft's Consumer Channels Group in India. In this role, he is responsible for strategy, P&L management, operations, and marketing efforts for Microsoft India’s gaming business comprising the Xbox, Xbox games, Kinect and Xbox Live.
Previously, Anshu was part of the Communications Sector business at Microsoft where he spent over six years in various assignments including National Sales Head, Strategic Alliances Lead and Cloud Computing Lead partnering with the leading telecom and media companies in India.
An MBA from the Delhi School of Economics, Anshu carries with him 16 years of varied experience in IT & Telecom industry with companies like Verizon, Tata Lucent, ABB and a start-up related to Service Provider business.
On a personal note, he is married and has a 12 year old son. An avid gamer who has finally landed the perfect job leading the Xbox product portfolio; his other passions are acquiring gadgets, playing music (especially drums) and acting.

Anuj Tandon is Co-Founder and COO of Rolocule Games Pvt. Ltd. Anuj has been a gamer since his early days. Graduating as a computer engineer from India, he joined Infosys Technologies in 2005. Arjun Gopal handles design, production and sound at SuperSike Games, and but only if you ask him nicely. He’s neck-deep in the music scene of India and was a member of India’s foremost electronic music act, Jalebee Cartel. Arjun also happens to be a huge Manchester United fan, from a time when being a ManU fan wasn't considered to be cool.

Through his work at Vlambeer, Rami has come to realize that the marketing & business facets of many independent game developers could use some help. Believing sharing knowledge openly is the cornerstone of independent development, Rami has spoken on a variety of subjects at dozens of game events around the world, ranging from the Game Developers Conference to Fantastic Arcade & from University seminars to incubator mentorship. He is a avid opponent of game cloning after Vlambeers Radical Fishing got cloned. He is also a proponent of searching for new, beautiful things in places no-one is looking for them and thus organized Fuck This Jam, a gamejam focused around making a game in a genre you hate. Since early 2007, Stephane was the General Manager of the Eidos-Montréal studio. Building the company from the ground up, in less than 6 years, to create and accomplish a true world-class video game studio. The Montreal studio has already become the largest of the Square Enix/Eidos group. Eidos-Montreal counts over 550 employees working on four major projects as well as three centers of excellence (QA, R&D and Playtest). Launched in August 2011, Deus Ex: Human Revolution was the studio’s very first game. A critical and commercial success, it went on to win over 50 international awards!

Ujjwal Kumar is a “Technical Evangelist” at Microsoft India. He mainly works on Windows 8 and Windows Phone platforms, and focuses on apps and game development. Prior to this, he worked as Partner Consultant and Development Platforms Worldwide Specialization Lead at Microsoft. He has over 10.5 years of industry experience and has been with Microsoft for 7+ years. In the past, he has extensively worked on C++, C#, Windows Azure, Windows Internals, Robotics Studio, Game Development and Image Processing. In the current role, he works with business start-ups, enterprises, partner organizations and assists them in adoption of latest platforms and technologies.
