Despite this, there is a definite optimism amongst the service providers as well as the investor community and all foresee a positive picture for the BPO Industry in the medium to long term. A recent report from NASSCOM, “Perspective 2020” undertaken by McKinsey & Company has stated the BPO opportunity is likely to be twice as large as technology services by 2020. |
