Present Responsibilities
Muninder Anand is Business Head for IPS in India. In this role Muninder is responsible for advising clients on compensation strategy, benchmarking as well as best practices across global mobility etc. Muninder manages large and strategic clients for Mercer, working closely with them to help develop strong HR and compensation systems
 
Experience
Prior to joining Mercer, Muninder was associated with Schneider Electric in India as the General Manager HR – Operations and Transformation where he was instrumental in successfully establishing a new kind of HR delivery model across HR Program, process, technology and metrics. Before this pursuit, Muninder had been working with Hewitt Associates as the Asia Pacific Business and Technology leader. In over 7 years of association with Hewitt, Muninder has held a number of strategic roles in the consulting business. Muninder was responsible for managing key client relationships and leading large transformational projects. Muninder has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior consultant in the strategic change group. As a part of his role Muninder managed large projects on change management, strategy and organisation restructuring working primarily with leading Public Sector Undertakings in India
 
Academic Qualifications

Muninder completed his MBA with a major in HR from the Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning and is the Associate Member of the Institute of Costs and Works Accountants in India. His undergraduate degree with a major in Commerce from Delhi University.
