This was implelemted at alomost all the parks as a result of IT Companies flouitng the rules. Hence the movement of assets has come to standstill. The notification was issued by Mumbai/NaviMumbai & Thane local bodies and the Police Commisionerte adding exemption for critical staff of IT ITES services supporting essential services. Post announcement of Curfew and the implementation of Section 144 in the State the flying squads appointed by the Govt have cordened off most of the IT Parks/Sez's restricting the movmement of any employee since yesterday. This was implelemted at alomost all the parks as a result of IT Companies flouitng the rules. Hence the movement of Critical Staff has come to standstill. Minimal movement owing to total status check for the state as total lockdown is being enfored. 2 Pune Office of DC and Divisional Commisioner: Employees of IT/ITES whose work involves supporting essential services And who cannot continue work from their homes/remote location may continue to work from office (with exmployee strenth at office not exceeding 20% of the employees. Essential Services - Telecom, Internet, DTH, Banking, Insurance, Finance, eCommerce, Health Services,Pharma, Supplychain for essential iteme like food, medical equipment, medicines etc., support to essential manufacturing - Pharma, pest control, medical equipment, process industry - milk, sugar, petrochemical refinery, fodder, packaged drinking water

Joint Commissioner Police:
Order of Joint CP, Pune City I (Marathi ) stating that the establishment (e.g. Information Technology) working on critical infrastructure projects have been exempted.
However, they have to mandatorily intimate rdc.pune-mh@gov.in about working from office.

The notification was issued by Office of District Collector and Divisional Commissioner (Pune & PCMC) and the Joint CP - IT establishments supporting essential services such as Bank, Indurance, telecom, Healthcare, Data Center can remain open not exceeding 20% of the employee stregnth. Post announcement of Curfew and the implementation of Section 144 in the State the flying squads appointed by the Govt have cordened off most of the IT Parks/Sez's restricting the movmement of any employee or asset since yesterday 3:00 PM. The movement of assets has come to standstill. Process:
1. As mentioned in the order its mandatory to intimate rdc.pune-mh@gov.in about employees working from office and why they need to work from office.

2. To facilitate travel to airport, hospitals, company or any such place exempted under Section 144 (including essential services requiring IT support), police has requested detail on Whatsapp numbers:

They will evaluate the nature of request & provide necessary assistance. The movement of assets has come to standstill. We have also not received any confirmation from members to their requests on above Whatsapp number.

Minimal movement owing to total status check for the state as total lockdown is being enfored. While we trying to get the authorities to accept authorisation letters etc from companies for critical staff, it may take a day or two to get it moving. Hence, minimal response to whatsap nos and hence requesting govt/police to accept authorisation letters from companies for critical staff list. Awaiting final word.

5 Gurugram IT, IT Enabled and Data Centers services provided to any of the Essential Services and Ecommerce Services for essential items From Sunday night, March 22 till Monday EOD. DC given relaxation on movements of assets & things went smooth. However, per the latest update they are allowing asset movement until 6pm today, March 24 & have requested companies to complete the exercise using staggered staff   Govt is working on introducing an app for enabling permissions. 10 Tamilnadu IT, Financial Services Back Offices and ITES Companies. IT and ITES units will ensure employees work from home. Where it is not feasible to do so, units dealing with critical and essential services will continue to operate taking all protective measures. 11 Telangana The following shops/establishments providing essential goods and services shall be excluded from the above restrictions: IT and ITeS, including telecom, postal and internet Services No movement of assets allowed post 12 am on 24th March 2020 Process for issuance of vehicle Passes:
The companies are issued only vehicle passes for Buses, Cars (Company operated and Private) and 2 wheelers based on the following criteria:
1. Total number of passes per company will be a maximum of 1% of the employee strength. The employees count can include the service staff as well. So, based on this only a company with 100 people minimum will be eligible for passes.
2. Companies to share list of bare minimum critial resources to Society of Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) along with vehicle numbers (above categories).
3. SCSC to validate and share the same with DCP/Addl DCP SP.
4. Passes with vehicle numbers to be issued by Addl DCP and hand over to companies through SCSC
5. Employees travelling in these approved cabs, own vehicles may show ID card in addition to this pass.
6. These cabs can make multiple trips and can ferry only the employees listed in the document sent to SCSC. They include service staff as well.
7. The vehicles with stickers shall not be used for any personal purposes other than emergency per the GO.

Please note that no of passes will be issued at the sole discretion of DCP, Traffic Cyberabad

Passes for employees of critical functions and permitted vehicles issued by Commissioner of Police on 24 and 25 Mar and organisations are moving ahead with this model. Enough passes issued last 2 days to manage asset movement and hence from 26 Mar, will have to limit movement of critical staff with prior approval (as given in list to CP). 12 Karnataka Critical units and staff dealing with critical & essential services in IT No movement of assets allowed from 24th march midnight Would ensure availability of sanitizers and masks for employees, site has been sanitised, regular cleaning and sanitisation of cabs etc.

Providing letters to their crucial employees and contractors who have to come to office by personal transport or company cabs to support critical and essential services in company letter head duly signed by a competent / authorized senior company person

The employees and contract workers will carry the company ID and the Govt ID so that they can be identified if needed

Maintain daily roaster of critical employees working from the premises and if needed submit this to the Government on a weekly basis.

"To ensure a hassle free and seamless issuance and also to avoid any confusion or time lag, the Govt of Karnataka has decided to issue the passes at the respective jurisdictions only. As per this procedure, the company needs to give the details of the employees and vehicles directly to the DCP of the respective jurisdiction on their letter heads and take the passes. A process of ePass is likely to be introduced from 27 Mar and will update once done.
