Product leaders are often required to address conflicting demands from various stakeholders. They are required to walk a tight rope balancing pushes and pulls from different directions. They need to possess a high degree of emotional intelligence to handle these demands while progressing on their product journey. This session will talk about the different aspects of emotional intelligence and how they can be used to become a successful product leader. The session will also share some tips on how to develop areas of emotional intelligence that a particular PM may lack in.
