Women Wizards Rule Tech (W2RT) is a unique program designed exclusively for Women professionals in Core Technologies, from IT-ITES/BPM, Product and R&D Firms, with the aim to plug the leaks going up the career ladder and nurture women leaders for tomorrow.

The objective is to increase pipeline of women in STEM/Technology at senior levels capable of taking up leadership roles and enable their retention in the chosen domains.

A joint initiative of NASSCOM, NASSCOM Sector Skills Council and Data Security Council of India the W2RT was launched at the recently concluded NASSCOM D&I Summit 2018 in Chennai.

This event will set the context, help you to understand the W2RT initiative in detail as this is a yearlong journey for the Women Technologist to be part of it.
