On World Disability Day, we should pause and take stock. There has been much talk about the rights of PWD's and legislation has been passed that will improve accessibility and encourage employment. Having said that, has real progress been made? Has the needle really moved? 3 years ago, we were saying that the PWD agenda is where the Gender agenda was 10 years ago. Where do we stand today?
