As children, we drew images or told stories for communicating and also showcasing our creativity and talent, as we grew older we decided to leave our storyteller and artist behind not realizing those are 2 best ways of expressing or communicating what's within us. At some point in time many people experience a mid-life crisis or are faced with Leaders block because they are unable to keep up with the pace the world is moving, they are unable to gel with the millennials, live a life of insecurity at the same time have fear of failure which restricts them from trying something new.

This session is for people who want to be highly effective from Monday morning onwards, overcome some of the challenges listed in the paragraph above this through an exploration of drawing, painting and communicating harsh unpalatable messages in a way that the person at the other end not only positively receives the message but decides to act upon it, communicating something which may appear impossible in such a way that the person at the other end decides to make it possible, communicating with our customers, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders in such a way that the relationships are built to last.
