Apprenticeship and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Girish Kulkarni: Apprenticeship is one of the most significant solutions addressing the issue of existing skill gap in the IT-ITeS Industry. Women Wizard Rule Tech: Women in Tech Initiative By Nasscom: "The Women Wizard Rule Tech (W²RT) was launched by NASSCOM in 2018 during the Diversity & Inclusion summit.
