Product vision is the art of envisioning, articulating, communicating and enabling stakeholders into the product that a Product Leader creates. It paints a picture of the future that attracts users, customers, buyers in. The intent is to define what is the core of a product, what is it that really. Defines the product. It is aimed at asking questions like, who is the target user, who is going to buy the product, which attributes are essential, Which customer needs will be addressed by this and likewise.
