Customer Success Coordinator

We are searching for an enthusiastic and client focussed Customer Success Coordinator to join the nasscom Konnect team. Nasscom Konnect drives thought leaders through various annual events across India and focus on real time learning through use-cases for the industry. Our key priorities are to strengthen “Think Digital, Think India” and “Inevitable India” narrative. You will play a vital role in engaging the clients and sponsors for our upcoming conferences by connecting with business professionals to deliver outstanding service and maintain strong client relationships.

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for a variety of administrative and coordination tasks that contribute to the overall success of our events.
  • Support our current and future clients/sponsors via email, chat, and phone.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, communication history, and relevant details.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Content, Social Media, Community, Website, Finance, Admin and Legal, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing ppt/excel reports, and managing documentation.
  • Effectively engaging with the client to close post event activities like video interview, blogs, vlog, LinkedIn Live, webinars well in time.
  • Building a strong rapport with the client to get the payment on time. 
  • Travel for the events/conferences, whenever necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of managing the customer success experience.
  • Candidate should be fluent in spoken and written English skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquettes and willingness to engage with customers and clients in person, by phone or digitally.
  • Driven and hardworking.
  • Strong work ethics with a positive and results oriented attitude.
  • Should have hands on working experience of MS Office (ppt, excel, doc) & Outlook.
  • This role is on third party payrole
