Operational support for GTD programs in physical & virtual format:
Information dissemination and attending queries regarding member companies’ participation for market development programs.
Assist in logistical planning, engage with partners & vendors, designing the program etc.
Post event activities like seeking participant feedback, closure of accounts, maintaining and updating contacts, photographs, reports, feedback from participating companies such that they can be archived & disseminated as required.
Invoicing, providing support documentation such as visa invite letters, payment follow ups, and similar activities of executional nature.
Payment reconciliation and MIS for program held.
Other documentation & compliance requirements.
Coordination for communication related activities
Support on areas like updating website, preparing calendar of events, other presentations as reqd, promoting GTD activities via social media, newsletters, and other effective methods to build industry narrative in key markets & share impact stories via interviews, testimonials, podcasts etc.
Handling incoming foreign delegations and coordination activities for same.
Maintaining a repository of key government contacts and tracking inter departmental movement.
Regular interactions with SPOCs for government projects in order to manage important relationships.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience
Bachelors/ Post Graduation from a reputed university
Experience: 10+ years relevant experience in execution / support / operations role Preferred Knowledge & Skillsets: Event Management and Coordination, be able to effectively converse with external stakeholders such as member companies, vendors and partners. Preferably from association background.
