COVID-19 Webinar: Resilience in Switzerland, France, Belgium and Netherlands

Hope you are keeping safe in these unprecedented times. The world may not be the same Beyond Covid. But as most successful businesses would agree, the key to the road ahead is in Resilience, Recovery and Revival. NASSCOM is working closely with local Governments, stakeholders & member organizations in India and at global locations to help businesses revive and prepare themselves for future. In order to help our companies in Switzerland, France, Belgium and Netherlands, we are pleased to collaborate with the leading global law firm, Baker McKenzie, for a 90 mins webinar on 15th July from 11:00-12:30 Swiss time/14:30-16:00 IST to review COVID-19's impact on employer and employees rights, expected trends going forward in the field and assess the outlook for the rest of 2020 in these countries.

What will be covered

Partners from Baker McKenzie will discuss the strategies that businesses should adopt to prepare for the future. This webinar will address the following issues with regard to the main employment-related issues raised by the end of the lockdown in Switzerland, France, Belgium and Netherlands.

  • Protection of employees affected by measures implemented in the context of COVID-19 (Understand what support is available from Government, how can employers access these schemes, eligibility criteria, how to use the scheme correctly to avoid clawback of grants, etc.)
  • Rights and obligations of employees in relation to working from home (Employers must understand implications of remote working as some portion of their workforce will continue to work from home)
  • Immigration restrictions and relaxations (As companies begin to reopen, employers must anticipate challenges they will face with employee travel and immigration processes)

This is a great opportunity to hear from the experts and also ask questions you may have. In addition, you can access many resources on Baker McKenzie's Insights Plus platform that provides a roadmap to stability using their Resilience, Recovery & Renewal framework.
