Workshop Overview

In this workshop the participants learn how Design Thinking can be used as a strategic tool for business growth. Specific "challenges" are given out and participants band together in teams to go through the stages of the QGLUE Design Thinking methodology.

Method

During the workshop participants will be provided with workbooks and individual/ team templates to work on and record their journeys/ ideas/ and insights. The session will be a fast paced mix of theory, workouts and cases to dwell deep into the Design Thinking Methodology
