Understanding the basics of Product Management and implementing a certain thought process to build and market the product becomes key when one is trying to crack the code of Product Management.
Product Management has to go back to basics. Too much fluff is floating around; theoretical has to give way to pragmatic. Product thinking is yet to enter the mainstream and needs to stop being an afterthought or only for hyper-funded startups.
