Design thinking is a methodology that can enable a customer centric culture in organizations. It encourages different ways of solving problems by framing the problem from a user perspective. It shows how to use empathy, ideation, prototyping, validation to generate ideas and gauge customer reactions and understanding of the service or product before huge resources are engaged in development.
