In the face of growing complexity, overwhelming environment, and high demanding roles that lead to stress, the line between work and life blurs - creating an imbalance in our physical, emotional, and mental being outside and within us. The Deloitte study further shows that more than 40 percent of all workers face high stress in their jobs, which negatively affects their productivity, health, and family stability.
In such a scenario, we need a new set of inner strengths, leading to a higher level of performance, productivity, engagement, enhanced creativity, a positive outlook towards life, and most importantly an addition of overall well-being and happiness.
This session aims at reconnecting participants with their own mind, body and environment to upsurge their mental, emotional, and physical wellness, powered by Mindfulness – protecting ourselves from toxic stress and enhancing positive emotions, becoming more aware of our own and others’ emotions, building resilience, increasing hormone levels that better mood, sleep, and digestion, and strengthen attention to support greater wellness in professional and personal life.
