The Most Underrated Leadership Skill

You have to change hearts. You cannot lead by logic alone. Millennials do not work well in a command & control structure. Rather, they need a shared vision of the future, implemented by a learning organization, which adapts & evolves the strategy dynamically. You have to win their attention, then hold it, engage them, and ensure they are receptive to your ideas. You cannot just state your argument – you have to make them “feel it”.

You cannot lead by logic alone. You have to change hearts. Stories are a direct channel to the Heart. Facts do not win hearts. Stories do. We need tounify workforces by shared stories rather than plans.

“Storytelling is the most underrated skill” says Ben Horowitz, general partner, Andreessen-Horowitz and author of The Hard Thing about Hard Things.

Storytelling is an art. But we are not artists. You & I need a process.

This workshop will cover the process of Story for business communication. A playbook to systematically apply story principles to Share the Vision, Establish Values, Inspire Teams -- to help you become a more Engaging, Persuasive & Inspiring Leader.

“Today, if you want to succeed, you also have to be a good storyteller.” --Richard Branson
