Workplace sexual harassment has been emerging as a critical challenge for female employees working across industries, especially in the service sector. The promulgation of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (henceforth referred to as The Act) has brought forth several key yet, desired interventions in the Indian workplaces.
