The Indian IT/BPM industry has grown multi-fold in revenue and has been frontrunner in creating employment and fuelling growth for the Indian Economy. It had been able to successfully face the challenges and always overcome with innovative solutions. As per the latest NASSCOM Industry report, the IT/BPM industry is expected to experience a growth of 9.2% taking the revenue to USD 181 billion.

The trend which will define Tech Industry this year is the Digital acceleration. Digital revenue has gone up to USD 33 Billion, experiencing an impressive growth rate of 30% YoY. Global Tech spending has increased by 5-6 % but majority of organizations are spending on New technologies i.e. AI & Advanced Analytics, Block chain, Cybersecurity, IoT, AR/VR. Hence in current dynamic ecosystem, is the Indian IT/BPM industry ready to absorb such changes?
