Refund Policy and T&C

1. Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed
  • In case of accidental duplicate payments or technical errors, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will verify and process an appropriate refund if applicable.

2. Event Registration

  • Cancellations before 30 days of the event date will be eligible for a 75% refund,
    25% is held back as applicable processing charges.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable only
    substitutions are acceptable due to prior commitments to vendors, speakers, and
    logistical arrangements.
  • In case the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Nasscom, full refunds or transfer of
    registration to a future event will be offered.
  • Non-Show is not a criterion for refund entitlement.

3. Training, Workshops, and Special Programs

  • Refund policies for specific programs, trainings, or workshops may vary. Details will
    be provided in the respective program's terms and conditions.
  • In the event of cancellation by the participant, refunds (if applicable) will be
    processed based on the guidelines mentioned during registration.
  • If a session is cancelled by Nasscom, full refunds or rescheduling options will be
    provided.

4. Publications

  • For Publications there is no refund.
  • In case of accidental duplicate payments or technical errors, please contact us within

5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original method
    of payment or a suitable method.
