Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:

The Deputy Manager-Marketing will work with the team to support the Telangana AI Mission (T-AIM) efforts at NASSCOM. The role will be towards planning & executing marketing and communication plans for T-AIM’s fast-growing initiatives in innovation, research, adoption, and skill & talent development.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech-savvy self-starter who will collaborate well with stakeholders, manage different projects, and lead various campaigns. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial who thrives in unstructured environments, with a strong working knowledge of various design & marketing tools.


Responsibilities

  • Managing & growing the reach of key digital channels including website and social media
  • Identify relevant and compelling story ideas throughout T-AIM initiatives
  • Generate media coverage and create content (video, creatives, infographics, blogs, among others) in line with the social marketing strategy
  • Capture and track success metrics of marketing initiatives
  • Support strategic marketing and communications initiatives that build & generate awareness of T-AIM’s brand and influence
  • Build & scale a highly-curated database of the ecosystem
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • Outstanding knowledge using Canva and other open-source content creation tools.
  • Driven and self-motivated; comfortable with working collaboratively and independently to drive & execute initiatives
  • Experienced managing social media presence and engagement
  • Experienced with other tools like Trello, MailChimp, HootSuite, etc.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills required
  • Must be flexible and able to manage multiple projects and personalities
