Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:

Lead AI ecosystem programs, driving strategic vision and collaboration.
Cultivate and manage diverse partnerships with startups, government, industry, investors, and academia stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day operations across various programs, ensuring fulfillment of objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with mutual goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments for seamless integration.
Implement metrics for program effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

8-10 years of experience in program leadership or partnership development.
Strong familiarity with AI technologies, trends, and startup ecosystems.
Strong stakeholder engagement with startups, government, industry, investors, and academia.
Track record in program operations, including budget management.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive ecosystem and partnership growth.
Customer-centric mind-set with a strong bias for action
Organized and effective in ambiguous and complex situations while operating in a fast-paced high-growth environment
Good people skills, project-time management, and excellent relationship management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
