Job Details/ Criteria

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:

The resource will work closely with the Industry and academia in the regions to drive on ground activity like Project based learning, Experiential learning and Industry driven internships. They will also work with local area employers to map the demand and align a Hire, Train, Deploy model
for both IT and Non IT companies to enhance employability and help in pan Industry digital talent readiness.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (educational institutions, government agencies, training providers, industry IT & Non IT etc.) to drive the project.
  • Oversee the project KPIs and achievements across various schemes and teams in geographies assigned. 
  • Create proposals, concept notes, decks, documentation templates etc. for external and internal stakeholders towards achieving program milestones.
  • Organize and anchor review meetings with external and internal stakeholders for the program at all levels.
  • Develop robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze data on overall program impact and KPIs defined.
  • Prepare and update periodic reports and communication for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Risk / non-achievement identifications, propose mitigation measures and remedial plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and with external partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for program inquiries and feedback.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
  • PGDM/MBA from a premier institute.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably multi locational projects.
  • PMP/PMI certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful program implementation and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project management tools/software like MS Project etc.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; additional regional language proficiency a plus.
