Our industry-backed nasscom certification programs are aligned with National Occupational Standards (NOS) and National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), enabling learners to acquire in-demand skills that are highly valued by employers. NASSCOM’s FutureSkills initiative is on the path to position India as the talent hub for emerging technologies and pioneer in global digital capabilities. An Industry utility for skills development in 10 emerging technologies, 10 professional skills, 70+ job roles and 155+ technical skills, the platform is a complement to the government’s Digital India initiative. FutureSkills is introducing 10 professional skills to existing 10 emerging technologies, 70+ job roles and 155+ Technical Skills. 

With over 500,000+ employees who are committed to the FutureSkills platform, the user base has risen at over 1.5 times over the past year.

FutureSkills has also expanded into the retail market (B2C), through the FutureSkills Prime platform as a joint initiative between the Ministry of IT and NASSCOM.  This program is funded by the government to provide incentives to learners who get certified in the digital technologies.

The Future skills Prime programme follows an ‘aggregator of aggregator’ framework which combines the best of content and technologies from across the globe and attempt to cater to an ever evolving workforce. The programme is a first of its kind initiative that aims to impart skill training via both modes - online as well as offline. 

  • Understanding the organization requirements and thereby develop the right procurement method, evaluation criteria, budget etc
  • Manage all procurement – RFP roll outs and vendor contracting. Responsible for running the procurement process and associated formalities.
  • Manage the RFP evaluation process
  • Work within defined budgets
  • Track the adherence and facilitate compliance on all the SLAs as per respective contracts
  • Liaison with Finance and Compliance on documentation, vendor payments and invoicing process
  • Track of deliverables/evidence of deliverables for invoice clearance with project teams
  • Responsible for managing all relationships with the suppliers/vendors/service providers
  • Work with vendors (Assessment Agencies) for payout , data reconciliation and uploading record in system.
  • Preparing Internal cover notes for certification of deliverables.
  • Any other activities related to MIS related to procurement and Finance. 
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
  • 7-10 years of total  work experience 
  • Experience of tender based and other modes of procurement for goods and services.
  • Familiar with the standard terms of procurement contracts – performance guarantee, indemnification, termination clauses etc. 
  • Familiar with evaluating various pricing models i.e. work contract, time and material contract.
  • Public procurement experience is desirable
  • Familiarity with GFR, CVC guidelines and other associated manuals/ guidelines etc related to public procurement for goods and services is desirable.
